Case 3: Full mouth all-on-6 in a patient with severe periodontal disease
Brief description of the case: the patient is 45 years old,female with severe periodontal disease,the loose teeth were extracted from 8th Feb 2023,the granulation tissue was scraped clean and implanted with bone powder for site preservation,followed by mandibular all-on-6 and then maxillary all-on-6,the final restoration is expected to be completed in the next few months.

Details of surgery on 8 Feb 23.
All stumps were removed, rinsed with hydrogen peroxide and implanted with bone powder for site preservation, using 0.5 g of bone powder and a 1.5*2 periosteum.

A review of the CBCT on 6/10/23 was more promising and a surgical plan was subsequently drawn up.
